Cleaner ID Documents
Government ID documents uploaded by cleaners are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. Only authorized administrators can access these documents.
Third-Party Services
We use Clerk (authentication), Square (payments), Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), and Supabase (storage). Each has their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
We retain booking records for 3 years for business and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
